Do we get a refund if the trip is cancelled due to bad weather?

Yes, we offer a 100% refund, if we cancel a trip.

Can children come on the boat?

Children over the age of 10 yrs are welcome. As the trips are full day trips, it is very unpleasant for little children to be out at sea for that amount of time.

How long are the trips?

We are one of the few companies that only offer full day trips. The trips are around 7hrs long. The trips are from 7am to 13h30-14h00

If the trip is cancelled, can we go on another day?

We always try to accommodate our guests, if we cannot get out to sea. This does however depend on the availability of the bookings.

Can I dive in the cage using scuba gear, and do you supply this?

If you have a dive certificate, you are welcome to use scuba gear in the cage. We supply all wetsuits, and scuba equipment.

Can I dive in the cage if I have no scuba experience?

We offer snorkeling in the cage, if you have no scuba experience

How many people go in the cage?

We only allow max 2 people per dive in the cage at any time.

How long is the cage dive?

This depends on the shark activity and the sea conditions on the day. We like to work on a rotational system, allowing everyone at least a 30 min dive. After everyone has had a turn, and the conditions are still favourable, then you can have a second dive.
